Bio:
Stephen J. Farnsworth, Ph.D., teaches courses in political communication and journalism at George Mason University, where he is assistant professor of communication. Dr. Farnsworth, a former Canada-U.S. Fulbright Research Scholar at McGill University in Montreal is currently working on research focused on US and international news coverage of environmental matters.He is the author or coauthor of four books, most recently "Spinner in Chief: How Presidents Sell Their Policies and Themselves" (Paradigm Press), as well as dozens of articles on the mass media and the presidency.
