Swing States Support Renewable Energy

Between June and November 2019, Nexus Polling, in
partnership with the Yale Program on Climate Change
Communication and the George Mason University
Center for Climate Change Communication, surveyed
voters in six swing states – Florida, Michigan, Iowa,
Texas, Ohio, and Georgia – on their attitudes toward
climate change, their opinions on climate and clean
energy policy, and the role climate change is playing
in their voting intentions in the 2020 election.
