Olivia Swanson is a rising senior at Davidson College studying environmental studies and public health. She is most interested in the intersection between public health and environmental science and how that connects to environmental justice issues. She has worked in municipal government in her home city of Boston, MA and has participated in sustainability initiatives such as participating in composting and creating content for events at her college. She hopes to work in health policy in the future to lessen health disparities.
