Savannah is an Honors College student at George Mason University majoring in communication with a concentration in journalism and minoring in Spanish and social justice. Currently, she is the social media and outreach intern for the Medical Society Consortium on Climate and Health. She is passionate about engaging medical professionals in climate change activism through strategic digital communication and is able to do so through her content creation for the program’s Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn pages. Her work also includes supporting climate advocates and recording their activities in the Consortium’s database, monitoring social media analytics, and tracking potential communication opportunities.
