 | In 2009 we initiated an annual Climate Change Communicator of the Year award program to honor individuals and organizations that made great strides in helping society understand and respond to climate change. We discontinued the program in 2012, however, because the American Geophysical Union and Climate One each began offering a climate communication award that include a generous cash award.
